Daniel St.Clair

Dan has over 25 years of experience providing audit and attest services to public and privately held companies, working with a diverse group of industries including manufacturing, distribution, oilfield services, financial institutions, and other for profit and not-for-profit entities. He is a graduate of the University of Houston. Dan serves on the Volunteer Services Council at the Richmond State Supported Living Center in Richmond, Texas. He is married with three children.

Dan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA) and its Houston chapter, and the Independent Bankers Association of Texas (IBAT). Dan has served on the TSCPA Financial Institutions Conference Committee for many years, including serving as committee chair in various years.
